Our wines are born from the intertwining of two passions. That of the Bonotto family for their land and their vineyards, which grow within the magical Prosecco Hills that have recently become a UNESCO heritage site for their incredible beauty, and that for the genuineness of a product that knows no equal in the world .

The collection of Cantine Le Contesse includes sparkling wines, semi-sparkling wines, still wines and organic wines, all crafted through natural fermentation processes and a quality-driven approach to viticulture. Our labels are born in historic vineyards cultivated using the traditional Bellussera system, as well as among the rows of the UNESCO-listed hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the symbolic homeland of Prosecco DOCG.

The Bellussera training system, thanks to its distinctive geometric vine arrangement that ensures optimal sun exposure and constant natural ventilation, represents a sustainable agricultural model. Despite the greater management complexity due to the height and structure of the vines, this technique continues to be valued by the family for its historical and cultural significance and for the quality of the grapes it produces. The vineyards located on the plains between San Polo di Piave, Santa Lucia di Piave and Vazzola, in the heart of the Treviso province, cultivate varieties such as Pinot Bianco, Moscato, Manzoni Bianco, Pinot Grigio, as well as Cabernet and Merlot, authentic expressions of the Veneto region.

The hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene provide ideal conditions for varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and above all Glera, the foundation of our Prosecco DOC and Prosecco DOCG. Here, terroir, altitude and unique microclimates contribute to the production of refined Italian sparkling wines with elegance and strong territorial identity. Each bottle reflects a deep connection to the land, the winemaking tradition of Treviso, and an environmentally respectful production philosophy.
