Characterized by a soft, abundant foam and a fine, persistent perlage, this sparkling wine has a bright straw yellow color. The aroma is characterized by fresh, fruity notes of green apple, white figs, and peach walnuts, followed by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and surprisingly complex.
