It has a pale straw yellow color and is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is fruity and with hints of golden apple and unripe fruit, floral with notes of linden flowers and reminiscent of bread crust. In the mouth it has a good acidity, is harmonious and the taste is reminiscent of honey, acacia and even apple. The finish is dry and has excellent persistence.
